This monthly series consists of discussions with prominent CEOs. This series is meant to inspire others to see how the path to becoming a CEO can be varied, how CEOs come from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences, and that CEOs carry a range of leadership styles and personalities. These salons highlight CEOs from a variety of backgrounds, both in terms of career and societal demographics. The secondary purpose of this series is to reinforce the trust society is putting in business leaders over all others realms of leadership. Beyond discussing their stories to the top, these salons touch on how these CEOs lead, and what they are thinking about at a broad societal level.

This monthly series consists of discussions with prominent Chief People Officers. These salons with top people leaders aim to illustrate the vital strategic nature of the role the CPO plays as one of the most critical C-Suite and Board engaged leaders of the organization. The conversations are designed to bring out insights based on the unique backgrounds of each CPO, as well as shape a common framework for the strategic positioning of the CPO in the organization based on specific questions on strategy that will be asked of each CPO.
